If you had told me at the age of 5 that I’d be opening a bakery and cafe in 2024, I’d have laughed at you (because I wanted to be a world-famous singer).

If you’d told me at the age of 12, I’d have said, “Duh…with a used bookstore attached.

If you’d told me at the age of 32, I’d have laughed at you (in corporate) from my cubicle and told you we’d have to circle back on that idea.

Yet, here we are, Sprinkles Bakeshop & Cafe, nestled in the heart of downtown North Tonawanda; serving up small batch baked goods, crafting punny and delicious coffee beverages, and coming home exhausted, but so happy every night, smelling of vanilla, butter, and sugar.

My partner, Chris, and I (Jen) opened Sprinkles in May of 2024 and have spent the last year developing recipes, meeting new and old members of the community, and loving every minute.

Sprinkles offers a diverse menu daily menu of pastries, baked goods, coffees, teas, and breakfast and lunch items. We also are thrilled to provide you with custom cakes, cookies, cupcakes, and desserts - no request to crazy, no color scheme too varied!
